The Return of the Keg Hunter

Well, you may have thought I had stopped hunting - in fact I was deep in the bush, trailing some fine fall brews. Now that the hops season has passed, we are seeing the latest brews hopping up all over. So, in no particular order (aside from consumption), I present my latest Rogue indulgences.

Imperial Pilsner - The Kaizer would be proud. This is a very full mouthed Pilsner, and strong to boot.

Hop Heaven - Hops? Hops. Hops! Fairly light malt lets the hops shine through in their glory - this is more subtle than you might expect, and very palatable - almost gulpable (but not in the taster size..).

I2PA - Robust fruity hops and malt - this is a true beer - lover's beer. Amazingly non bitter and smooth for the potency. Packs a punch!

Old Crusty - Like an old friend, crusty never lets me down - truly the cognac of beers, this would be top shelf or higher. Yummy like candy, with a kick.

All together these complement a 10" Hawaiian pizza pie quite nicely...
